48 year old female with symmastia. Patient had saline implants filled to 850cc, placed by another surgeon, and developed symmastia. Patient underwent correction with a neo-subpectoral pocket change, closing off of the old capsule, raising the inframammary folds, and changing the implants to 500cc HP silicone implants. Patient is early post-op.

35 year old female with 4 previous breast surgeries by other physicians. Patient developed severe rippling of the left breast with left breast symmastia. The patient also had grade3 contracture of the right breast. Patient underwent repair of her symmastia and rippling with Strattice as well as a complete capsulectomy of the right breast. Patient changed her implants from Natrelle style 10 350 to Natrelle style 15 370cc to decrease the width of the implants and provide more projection. The patient is 3 months after surgery.

27 year old female who developed synmastia after having implants placed by another surgeon. Patient underwent change of her implants from moderate plus 250cc silicone implants to 275cc HP silicone in order to decrease the width of the implants. She underwent synmastia repair with reinforcement of the sternal area with both tissue capsule and Strattice support.

28 year old, 5'4 and 120lbs female who previously underwent a breast augmentation in another country and developed synmastia. The patient was also unhappy with her size and projection of the implants. She underwent repair of her synmastia with internal capsuloraphies, support of the inferior poles with an internal bra, and change from 600cc HP silicone to 800cc Extra-High Profile silicone. She is now 6 months out and extremely happy.

32 year old patient that previously underwent a breast augmentation using the transaxillary approach done by another surgeon. She quickly developed symmastia and displacement of her implants. She underwent a revision using an inframammary approach ( breast crease), repair of her symmastia with internal permanent sutures and Strattice biologic tissue matrix, opening of the pockets laterally, and changing the implant from a moderate 350cc saline implants to a 325cc moderate plus saline implant. She is now 3 months out and very happy, with a strong repair.
