38 year old patient who had breast reconstruction by another surgeon with unsatisfactory results. Patient underwent multiple surgeries, including raising of the right breast, removing excess tissue from the right breast, capsulectomies of both breasts, and scar revisions. The implants were changed, finally settling on silicone 550cc HP implant on the right and 465HP silicone implant on the left, followed by nipple reconstruction.
