28 year old female with anterior thoracic hypoplasia. Her right breast is smaller than the left, and there is an underlying chest wall depression. The patient underwent dual-plane reconstruction with a 350cc moderate plus silicone implant on the right and a 300cc moderate plus silicone implant on the left.
